We are seeking an exceptional/passionate individual to take the role of Marketing Manager – Sobha Schools here in Dubai. The post offers a rare and exciting opportunity to lead the marketing strategy for Sobha schools, in the UAE and beyond.
The Sobha Group has ambitious plans to open schools in the Middle East and Asia, building upon last year’s opening of Hartland International School, Dubai.
The successful candidate will be a dynamic individual with experience and demonstrable accomplishment in leading and managing marketing campaigns across all platforms. He/She should have knowledge and expertise of the marketing industry within the UAE and also have experience in current digital trends. Experience of the education sector will be desirable but not mandatory.
Terms and Conditions
The salary and overall package will commensurate with the position and the experience of the candidate. The appointment is subject to satisfactory references and medical screening as per UAE Labour Law.

Marketing Manager – Sobha Schools
Role Description: The Marketing Manager will develop, implement and grow marketing strategies, advertising, sales and promotions, involvement with parents to drive inquiries and increase brand awareness.
Role Purpose:
To lead the overall marketing strategy of the school;
To enhance and protect the School ‘Brand’, and ensure that all external communications follow the brand guidelines;
To communicate the strategy, purpose and implementation plan to all relevant stakeholders;
To manage all aspects of the school website, update the pages regularly and ensure the website is designed in-line with the latest industry trend;
To manage all aspects of the marketing budget and to ensure the budget is spent prudently and in-line with KPIs and ensure that resources are effectively utilized;
To collaborate with the admissions department and the education team to ensure that school messaging is distinct, coherent and consistent; resources are targeted in key areas and re-deployed if necessary;
Help represent the ‘public face’ of Sobha Schools at functions that market Schools.
To monitor and track all digital marketing metrics outlined within the reporting system;
To monitor the education market and ensure that market data drives decision making and development;
To communicate commercial risks when identified, plan for mitigation research and implement strategic and operational marketing plans;
To report the progress of marketing activities on a weekly basis to the line manager;
To delegate responsibilities to the Digital Marketing Executive as required;
