Microsoft Server OS 2003/2008/2012 deployment, configuration and troubleshooting. Can create clustered environment with high availability.
Web development(PHP,Mysql)
Installation and configuration and troubleshooting of services such as Domain, DNS, DHCP, File Server, Web, Antivirus, Backup, ISA/TMG.
Domain, Active directory design, policies, user management, password resets, maintenance and related tasks.
Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Access Points installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Good working knowledge of cisco routers and switches.

Datacenter design, clustering, and management.
Configuration and management of Firewalls/UTMs such as Cyberoam, Fortinet, Watchguard, Draytek, Sonicwall, Checkpoint.
VPN configuration, creation of policies, configuring of HA and related tasks on all types of firewalls.
Email utilities such as cPanel Administration, Microsoft Outlook 365 Administration, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Outlook 2007/2010/2013/2016 configuration and troubleshooting. Migration to office 365 in depth knowledge.
Kaspersky Lab, and ESET Server on site deployment.
Fluent with SQL 2008/2014 installation configuration, and troubleshooting.
Working knowledge of Linux and other operating systems.
Backups and restores of routers, switches, firewalls, servers, and client machines.
Virtualization (Microsoft Hyper-V, VM Ware, ESXI 5.5 & 6.0)
Setup, configure, and troubleshoot wireless networks. Fluent with all types of Access Points (Cisco, DLink, TP-Link, Draytek and much more).
Network Storage NAS/SAN on site deployment and management.
Network Documentation and inventory management.
Fluent with all types of client side operating systems such XP/Windows7/8/10.
Can provide support to small to large size organization.
Fluent with IP Phones such as Cisco, Avaya, Dell and other brands.
Desktop Support (install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot printer, PC, and any other IT hardware and softwares)
Providing Remote Support through remote desktop or teamviewer or related softwares, can provide phone Support.
Besides above technical skills, i also have good communication and interpersonal skills.
