We are looking for an exceptional e-Commerce Executive to join our team. This is a full-time position and we are looking to fill it in immediately.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing and maintaining the ecommerce store in terms of sales, performance, and all aspects of social media, while ensuring ease of use for customers.
Responsible for content management including the updating of images and product details in accordance with marketing calendar.
Develop and implement initiatives to ensure that the site delivers the best shopping experience for our customer,
Create marketing strategies across channels, and highlight promotionally and/or seasonally relevant merchandise.
Responsible for operations across all aspects of the online business including sales, marketing programs, shipping costs, supplies, etc.
Use site analytics and financial reporting analysis to develop merchandising strategies for all categories and suggest promotional strategies to increase conversion.
Experience and Skills Required:
Must have experience managing e-commerce for Supermarket Online website
Must have working knowledge of website design, eblast graphic design, content management, ecommerce creatives etc.
Must be experienced or have some working knowledge of advertising and digital marketing including Google AdWords, SEO, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics etc.
Experience selling other online sites
Experience writing blogs, creating YouTube videos, press releases and advertising flyers a plus
Experience and skills for digital content creation is a plus e.g. experience with graphic design, digital photography, video creation, marketing skills etc.
Experience with Liberty or similar Point of Sale software is a plus.
Must be able to manage others.
