Job Description:
We are looking for data researchers to join our research team in an exciting and dynamic events business. The candidates should possess excellent written and spoken English, as the job involves telephone research. Computer literacy, familiarity with online keyword search and online research techniques a must.
Role Purpose(s):
Collect and/or provide research as a part of a team that delivers information for potential clients
Research and extract data from various sources to support the development of the project
Input all gathered information into the master database ensuring they are properly coded, entered into the correct fields with no typing errors
Ensuring the quality of the data is met by the standardised format of the database
Verify and correct the data for email returns
Qualifications:
Good telephone communication skills & ethics
Excellent spoken & written English
Strong computer & typing skills
Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office applications
Attention to detail
Team oriented
