Our Business Dev. Manager is responsible for reaching out to SMEs and MNCs to understand their hiring needs. They have skills and/or experience in understanding how various businesses work, the nuances and challenges facing various industries and a broad understanding of HR challenges/functions in the UAE.
We operate in a fast-paced startup environment. No two days are the same, but you can broadly expect to be involved in / responsible for the following:
Proactively reach out and contact senior decision makers in UAE based organizations.
Arrange & attend meetings, follow up and discuss employer needs in a consultative manner.
Become well versed in InternsME platform functionalities, candidate demographics and general employment trends in the region.
Attend our events plus any other networking events in the annual calendar.
Strategic decision making with regards to account management.
Ongoing relationship management / CRM with your accounts.
This is a performance based role and you'll be required to constantly adapt, grow and develop yourself. It is not suitable for those with a weak disposition or anyone who likes to sit in an office all day. No 9-5'ers please!
