Lead day-to-day content delivery, posting and marketing (communicate monthly release schedules, set time line of content releases for owned accounts in accordance with Content Division guidelines.
Supervise content ingestion process to meet client deadlines.
Monitor piracy and competitors
Responding to client’s enquiries and assuring efficiency and productivity.
Plan and prioritize client’s activities towards achieving agreed business aim (including costs sales and pricing).
Work on maximizing revenue from content activities (services and products).
Work on creating innovative services that boots-up the revenues of content services.
Manage reports generating and data analysis.
Proactively find new ways to build client’s business and grow his account.
Monitor current and expected budget with client for collection and revenue forecast.
Assist in strategy development and services analysis.
Demonstrates working knowledge of each of Digital Media’s sectors ( Mobile and Online) in order to evaluate recommendations before presenting to client.
Interact with A&R and Marketing divisions within Rotana Audio Group for content related materials and activities.
Skills
Minimum 5 years experience in Client Services / Account Management in digital media or advertising with mobile applications knowledge
